Month of coordination (Gets involved about 3 months out)
Is for the couple who can handle planning their own wedding but want to enjoy the wedding day itself stress free. With this package, we will come in four weeks before the big day to execute all the final details you will have worked so hard to prepare. Don’t worry; we check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on track. Coordination services include a meeting to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design or DIY elements, and bridal party/family details. This package will also include a venue walk-through meeting so we can see how we can make your vision a reality in the space. Lux events coordinates the rehearsal and the entire wedding day. We act as the primary point of contact with your vendor team on the wedding day so communication is solid and you can focus on your big day. Lux Events will manage setup and teardown, as well as assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.

Partial/Guided planning & Month of coordination
Is for the couple who want to be a part of the decisions but is also looking for guidance throughout to ensure no details are missed. This package offers all of the essentials without taking full control of the event.
This package includes Month-of Coordination where we will make sure to execute all the final details you will have worked so hard to prepare; check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on track; meet with you to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design or DIY elements, and bridal party/family details; do a venue walk-through meeting; coordinate the rehearsal and the entire wedding day; and manage setup and teardown, as well as assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.

Full planning & Month of coordination
Planning a wedding can feel like a full-time job, as it is very time consuming. With our full planning package, we will be your expert wedding planning partner. We’ll start the planning process by getting to know you and your fiancé, creating your budget, finding your dream wedding location, and building your dream team of wedding vendors. We will coordinate the scheduling of your meetings, keep you on track with planning, and create a design unique to your vision and priorities. This package will allow you to enjoy not only the wedding day, but also the entire process of planning.
